On Tuesday morning January 10th I had my usual slot on Bloomberg TV.
The markets have been in a big congestion area.
What is happening to the market?
The New Year was supposed to bring the market some resolve, but it was struggling to breakout to new highs.
After the big rally in the fourth quarter the market has been struggling to make new highs.
Will the earnings season create some interest?
My host had a question about computer chip giant Intel.
Could it breakout over key levels?
I addressed this issue yesterday.
I think that my answer might surprise you.
Why would I only suggest buying Intel if it was at a higher price?
Why didn’t I like it if it stayed below a certain level?
To see my answer, and the Bloomberg’s crew reaction.
I always react to what the market forces are telling me.
I know how to deal with problems that the market creates.
Keep those stops tight.
